We have suffered partial data loss on our customer database and have had a data recovery company working to recover the data over the past month. This means that some accounts are still missing from our system. However, all of your own data is intact, and all services should be operating normally apart from the customer portal.
In order to help us to resolve the issue completely, please try resetting your password. If it works, that means that your customer record has been restored. If it doesn't, please contact us with the following information:
- Full name
- IP(s) of your services with us
- Screenshot of your last (paid or unpaid) invoice
We aim to get your account up and running again within an hour after receiving this information.
If your service (apart from being unable to access the customer portal) has been affected during the portal outage, we will calculate and apply credit to your account for any inconvenience caused.
